Episode 4

My good friend Shamus joins me again this episode to sample a selection of mostly electropunk tracks. Namely, the Bondage Fairies with their amusingly computer inspired lyrics in 'nv4.dll' and their new track '1-0.' Also featured in this show is a great remix of Wendy Carlos' classic A Clockwork Orange theme done by the Cougarettes.

We also have a nod to some half century anniversaries this show. WMBR has been on the air for 50 years now. On April 9th the station aired "a special two-hour program dedicated to the past fifty years on WMBR." If you fancy a listen, you can check it out here. In addition, this episode was also proximate to the 50th anniversary of the first manned space flight by Yuri Gagarin. The latter part of the show alludes to him while also keeping roughly within the more traditional rock/punk electronic theme.
